- The return request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. How to Initiate a Return

- Once you receive the RMA number, pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase inside the return package.
- Send the product to the return address provided by our customer service team.
Please note: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns, except in the case of defective or damaged items.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and restocking fees may apply for certain products.
